Office Administrator
This is a para-professional position within our company. This position reports to the President.
Diverse responsibilities include: providing excellent customer support, data entry, filing, answering phones, scheduling appointments, mail distribution, maintaining databases, project coordination, accounts payable/receivable, and providing process support for 7 accounting/finance professionals. Progressive, growth-oriented, opportunity.
Requirements:
2-3 years experience in an administrative role preferred, but we will train the right person. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience with Quickbooks is a plus. The key attributes required are client service attitude, the ability to work independently as well as in a team, attention to detail, and organizational ability. Extended hours required during tax season.
